This week, Manchester proudly hosts the UEFA Futsal Champions League Group D fixtures at The National Cycling Centre (NCC). As we prepare for an action-packed week of elite futsal, we want to ensure that all fans have the information they need for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Here’s everything you need to know.
Arrival at the Venue
Whether you’re a local or visiting Manchester, getting to The National Cycling Centre,Stuart St, Manchester M11 4DQ is straightforward. If you’re driving, there’s plenty of parking available at the front and rear of the venue. However, we encourage fans to take advantage of Manchester’s excellent public transport. The Metrolink is a convenient option, with the Velopark station just a short walk from the venue entrances.
Entrance and Ticket Access
Depending on the type of ticket you have, you’ll need to enter through specific access points:
Arena Seating: For general admission.
Courtside Seating: For those who prefer to be closer to the action.
Invited Guests and VIPs: For our special guests.
Please follow the red arrows at the NCC to find your entrance. Don’t forget to bring your e-ticket, either on your phone or printed out. Your QR code will be scanned at the entrance. Remember, tickets cannot be purchased on the day, so make sure you have yours ready before arriving.
Seating and Re-Entry
Seating is unassigned, allowing you to choose your spot within the arena or courtside. This flexibility lets you find the perfect vantage point to enjoy the matches. However, please note that once you enter the arena, re-entry is not allowed. Plan your visit so you don’t miss a moment of the action.
Security and Bag Checks
To ensure everyone’s safety, security checks will be in place at the entrance. We recommend traveling light—avoid bringing bags unless absolutely necessary. If you do bring a bag, be prepared for it to be thoroughly checked. Any items that pose a security risk will be confiscated.
Stewarding and Volunteers
A full team of stewards and volunteers will be on hand throughout the event to assist you. This is a family-friendly event, and we want everyone to have a great time. Please be mindful of your behaviour any inappropriate conduct, including abusive language, will result in removal from the venue without a refund. Our volunteers are here to help, so don’t hesitate to ask if you need assistance.

No need to worry about going hungry during the matches. The NCC offers a wide range of food and beverage options, available at the Arena Kiosk and bar areas on both the upper and lower levels.
